Wirral Borough Council (WBC) oversees a large and varied property portfolio, including offices, leisure centres, works depots, and civic buildings. The Challenge

Wirral Borough Council had identified a requirement to strengthen the safeguarding of their properties, particularly those that were vacant.They needed speedier response times and greater ground awareness from their security provider to minimise the risk of damage to their properties.
