key element of the successful relationship between Oculus and ourselves is the importance of flexibility – and this needs to work both ways. If Maxine or Lynne needs to move things then we work together and likewise if I think an area needs additional cleaning this this is responded to. This was certainly the case throughout the pandemic.
As two schools we were responding to constant changes from the Government and our building was a haven of cleanliness. I am sure this was a key component of keeping the staff and students safe from covid.
The Oculus team are well established and at all times friendly and approachable. Importantly, they are flexible in their approach, responding positively to request to engage in special or specific cleaning tasks. I have always found the Oculus management and support team professional and easy to deal with whenever cause has arisen.
We have been working closely with Oculus on various projects during the startup of our new facility. We utilise Oculus for Cleaning, Security, Waste Management and Building Management. These areas are professionally run and the service from the management team to the cleaners is to the highest standard.
