Allow our Vetted, trained and licensed Security Officers to provide an immediate response to your alarm activations.

Client keys are carefully coded, sealed and secured in our Key safe within our control room, where access is strictly restricted.

Each set of keys are stored in accordance with BS7984: 2008 (the key holding and alarm response code of practice) and are ready for inspection at all times. The movement of keys is closely monitored by our supervisory staff with records and reports generated to record all key movements.

The need for rapid response to alarm activations is of the utmost importance in reducing loss and damage. So In the event of an alarm activation, our Control room Manager will swiftly dispatch our mobile Patrol unit.

Upon arrival, the Patrol will inspect firstly, the exterior of the building and secondly our mobile response would enter the premises to complete a full internal sweep, for signs of intruders. In the event of a break-in we will preserve the crime scene, summon the police and await their arrival. The mobile will reset the alarm and work closely with the Alarm Response Centre (ARC).

Remember our staff are trained to assess the risk for your premises so whether it is a false alarm or a genuine emergency call, allow us to take that risk so you don’t have to.
